The course will be lit by moonlight, and we'll line it with flashing led's to make it easy to find your way.
Course Map and description:
Travel begins and ends on the north side of the Village Health Club. Course consists of two distinct out and back sections on an exceptionally wide sidewalk pathway. You will follow the right hand rule while running. That means that you will always keep the string of flashing LED lights on your right side. In those areas where travel goes in both directions, you will see the lights go in both directions. Arrive early to receive your t-shirts, and for a brief race meeting at 7:45. Restrooms will be open inside Village Health Club for your use.

Races are timed and walker friendly. STARTS at 8pm.
Fees: Early registration $25, $35 Sunday prior til raceday. Must register no less than one week prior to race to receive event t-shirt.
We recommend and encourage you to run with a flashlight or headlamp as moonlight doesn't always cooperate with us. No Ipods allowed. Strollers and small children must be lit with flashing LED's for safety and start in the rear of the pack. There will be one water station approximately halfway through the course, though you are encouraged to carry a water bottle.
Timing done with electronic chip timing. Please remain in order upon crossing the finish line as we will also be pulling tags.
Register manually and save a few bucks on Active.com's fees HERE. Or, register at Active.com by clicking on this logo:
Please also print and mail or bring this waiver with you on raceday. If you are under 18, we will also need this FORM filled out and brought with you.
Volunteers are always needed, please email us and indicate which race you'd like to volunteer at.
Course Info:
The DC Ranch course is up and down gradual sloping hills and flats entirely on pavement.

18501 North Thompson Peak Parkway
Scottsdale, Arizona 85255
The course will be marked with flashing LED lights placed every 20 meters. Runners will follow them using the "Right Hand Rule" keeping the lights on their right side as they run. In "out and back" sections run in both directions, both sides of the course will be lit.
While we'll try to keep the route as smooth as possible, there will be curbs you must go up and down.
Refunds:
No refunds will be given for any reason. We reserve the right to change the course, date of event, etc as necessary for reasons of inclement weather, traffic, construction, etc. This race will take place rain or shine, though any event has the potential to be cancelled for unsafe conditions.
